Canada, U.S. agree to use each other’s troops in civil emergencies!!!

This is a brief version of the following piece of news. So basically Canada and the US have agreed to be able to use each others army. I personally think this is just another step for the globalist agenda. This bring about so many questions, and i know I'm not alone.
